Survey About the School Food Program
You are invited to share your thoughts about the breakfast and snack program through a short survey. The Ottawa Network for Education (ONFE) is our local charitable partner that provides this program.
Your feedback will help us and ONFE better understand what’s working well and how the program could be improved to meet the needs of all students! This survey is for ALL parents and Caregivers regardless of your child's participation in the program.
