2017-18 Minister's Student Advisory Council

The 2017/18 Minister’s Student Advisory Council (MSAC) applications open on December 19, 2016. MSAC is a group of 60 grade 7-12 students appointed annually to provide advice to the Minister of Education on issues of student engagement and achievement. The council meets with the Minister of Education twice a year. The council also provides feedback on ministry programs and policy upon request.  The membership includes students from across the province; students on council have a variety of diverse and unique experiences.


Students in grades 7-12 will have until the February 9, 2017 deadline to apply.

Interested students should complete the MSAC application online. A link to the application form will be available on our website. There will also be information and advice to help students complete the online form.
