As part of the Ottawa Catholic School Board’s Indigenous Education program, we would like to invite students with Indigenous heritage to take part in an after school enhanced learning program that celebrates Indigenous ancestry, and supports your child’s well-being and success.

The program will take place on Wednesdays from 2:30pm to 4:30pm at St. Peter’s High School. The program is designed to provide the opportunity for your child to take part in Indigenous community building within the school, a chance to enjoy cultural activities, to meet with Elders and Indigenous artists, and to be supported academically with culturally relevant literacy and numeracy lessons and homework help. The students will have access to a Chromebook and the internet in the meeting space for use in completing homework or assignments. Teacher assistance and after-program transportation will also be provided.
