As active and engaged members of the Orleans community, St. Peter High School recognizes that sometimes people need a hand. To do our part we are once again having our annual Canley Cup Food Drive which will raise funds to support the Orleans-Cumberland Community Resource Centre.


St. Peter High School has been promoting and running this campaign for over 20 years. We are committed to our ongoing support of the Orleans-Cumberland Community Resource Centre which is an essential resource for those in need in our community. We are asking for your donation to support our food drive and we are also asking for your help in promoting our drive by sharing the link on social media to increase our success. Our campaign will run from April 27 to May 6th.

Take Our Kids to Work Day will allow students to participate in person or virtually at school. All grade 9 students will be participating in some form. Autonomous Monitoring using Optical Sensors in Autonomous Vehicles, Smart Cities, Human Activity Recognitions and Sports Analysis Applications

In this talk we revisit traffic monitoring problems in autonomous driving and traffic surveillance applications in a wide range of weather and lighting conditions.

High School Progress Reports will be emailed on Thursday, May 20. Parent Teacher Interviews take place one week later, via Google Meet, on Thursday, May 27 beginning at 3 pm. Bookings are open now and will close on May 26 at 12 pm. For teacher online booking links, please click here.

The link to your google meet interview can be found in either the email confirmation of your booking, or in your google calendar event. Please be prompt in joining your google meet interview in order to maximize the full 10 minutes allotted.


Apprenticeship Training Webinars for Students

In Partnership with Loyalist and St. Lawrence colleges, Algonquin is offering a series of 3 Apprenticeship Planning Webinars for students, parents and educators. These webinars are designed to overview everything a high school student needs to know about the apprenticeship pathway. Each session will be led by Candace Carson, a School-to-Work transition specialist, who supports youth in navigating the period between high school and employment. As a result of her experience as an Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Coordinator and Pathways Consultant for one of Ontario's largest school boards, Candace is able to provide youth considering apprenticeship a clear and individualized learner pathway to employment.

You are welcome to attend one, two or all 3 sessions!

OSTA is planning for September 2022! Do you intend to use student transportation in the 2022-2023 school year?


If your child is eligible for transportation, please click here to register. OSTA must hear from you by April 3.


Important: If you do not confirm transportation before the deadline, your child may not have transportation on the first day of school.


Please know that the form requires the student OEN number. Parents can find the OEN number on any report card or on the parent portal by clicking on their child's name and the info will be on the right hand side.


This is not the empty seat/courtesy program, which is currently suspended until ALL COVID precautions have been lifted.
