Foundation Stabilization Project
Is the school safe?
Yes. Engineers and Architects confirm St. Peter remains safe.
Why is the work being done?
Soil under the building has shifted gradually since the 1990s. Stabilization ensures the school remains structurally sound in the long term.
Will my child's learning be disrupted?
No. The school will remain open. Some classrooms may move temporarily, but learning will continue on-site.
When will the work take place?
Trial work: November 2025 (small exterior sections).
Major stabilization: After March Break 2026 (lasting 4–5 months).
How will I be kept informed?
Families will receive emails, newsletters, and updates on this webpage. Before the main project begins, an information evening will be held with the engineers.
